A Simple Test for Nasal Obstruction

Here is a simple test that you can perform from home that may indicate if you suffer from nasal obstruction.

1) Place two fingertips on your cheeks, on each side of your nose.
2) Gently press and pull outward.
3) While holding, breathe through your nose.

If this helped you breathe better, you may suffer from nasal obstruction.

What is VivAer?

Nasal obstruction is often caused by an anatomical blockage in the nose, hindering airflow. As a result, you may feel congested or “stuffy.”

VivAer is a treatment that gently remodels the inside of your nose, allowing for better airflow, improved overall sleep quality, and lasting improved breathing.

VivAer is an effective, non-invasive procedure that can be performed in your doctor's office to open your nasal airway and provide lasting relief from nasal obstruction. VivAer has been used on over 20,000 patients; it can be done safely in the office with little to no downtime from normal activities.
